Dear Paul, I'd like to thank you for fixing the electrical issue on my '99 Ducati Supersport today. I'm really impressed that you responded within minutes of me emailing you last night with solid diagnostic suggestions, and an offer to come by and look at the problem first thing in the morning. After a quick confirmation phone call in the morning, you picked up a new relay on the way down to my house and didn't even charge me for it when that turned out not to be the issue. The brilliant bottom line is that you had the bike up and running within 30 minutes of arriving. Hey Paul, I just wanted to say thanks for the work you did on my SV. I know she’s not a Duc but she’s still a V-twin right? Anyhow, I’m very appreciative of the work you did on my baby while I was out of town. The thought of leaving her with some hack mechanic didn’t bode well with me and knowing she was in good hands made everything OK. Dear Paul, I just wanted to drop you an email to let you know how happy I am with how everything went on Thursday. My 998S very badly needed a good look over (and work over) and since I'm still new to ducatis, I had no idea what I was looking at and definitely appreciated your help. I have to say, it is really refreshing to finally meet a mechanic that I can trust my bike to... you are one of the few and far between, my friend. Thanks for your expertise, the conversation, and I can honestly say, good company. Oh, and please don't let my comment change your mind about this... but your very reasonable rates didn't hurt either. I'm sure if you keep doing what you've been doing (and certainly have done for me), you'll be busier than you can manage. I'll certainly do my part to get the word out! There are too many bad eggs out there, and I'm glad to say that I've found a good one. Never have I met a mechanic that was as thorough, knowledgeable, and treated my bike as if it were your own... although, your lovely 748 does have a striking resemblance to my 998!
